YOUR ADVOCATES

We invest our focused endeavours towards creating an inclusive, open and supportive environment for all people irrespective of their handedness competency, but with a special focus of creating an enabling environment for left-handed communities in the society at large.

We tackle handedness as a human rights issue where the right of people to use their handed ability is acknowledged and respected as first and foremost, their fundamental human right.

To achieve this ideal, we collaborate with other local, regional, continental and international interest groups and stakeholders for engagement towards proactive solutions.

The African Left-Handers Foundation will host the International Left – Handers Indaba to be held for the first time on African soil on 9 – 13 August 2023 at the Sun City Convention Centre at the Sun City Resort in Rustenburg, North West Province – Republic of South Africa.

There will be 3 events happening during this week: Left-Handers Golf Challenge, the International Left-Handers Indaba, and the Bojanala Cycling Challenge. We recommend that you choose one event in order to make the most of the experience; however, you are welcome to attend more than one event.
